The Journalist Support Committee condemns the Murder of Journalist Lyra McKee and Calls for Investigation
The Journalist Support Committee expressed its deepest sympathy and warmest condolences to our colleagues and esteemed members of the Association of European Journalists (AEJ) for the heinous murder of a Northern Ireland investigative journalist Lyra McKee who was shot dead during rioting in the city of Londonderry on Thursday.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and her family in this difficult time.
The Journalist Support Committee hopes that the ongoing investigations would disclose the facts and bring perpetrators to justice.
