ممثل لجنة دعم الصحفيين مكتب العراق "صلاح الزبيدي" لقناة الفرات القانون اتاح لنا حرية العمل الصحفي والدستور هو الحامي ، حسب المادة 2- يهدف هذا القانون إلى تعزيز حقوق الصحفيين و توفير الحماية لهم في جمهورية العراق. وكذلك المادة 7- لا يجوز التعرض إلى أدوات عمل الصحفي إلا بحدود القانون. المادة ـ9 ـ يعاقب كل من يعتدي على صحفي أثناء تأدية مهنتـه أو بسبب تأديتها بالعقوبة المقررة لمن يعتدي على موظف أثناء تأدية وظيفته أو بسببها. Representative of the Journalists Support Committee, Iraq office, "Salah Al-Zubaidi" for Al-Furat TV. The law allowed us freedom of journalistic work, and the constitution is the protector. According to Article 2- This law aims to enhance the rights of journalists and provide protection for them in the Republic of Iraq. as well as Article 7 It is not permissible to interfere with the journalist's work tools except within the limits of the law. Article 9 - Anyone who assaults a journalist while performing his or her profession shall be punished with the penalty prescribed for anyone who assaults an employee during or because of his job.
